My Story
My mum has dementia so I have seen its impact on her, and how her dementia affected my father before he died. I want to support Dementia UK's efforts to help dementia sufferers, their families and friends cope with the stress caused by dementia and give them the best possible quality of life.
Most of you will know I like cycling, but I've never ridden 100 miles in a day, and haven't ridden more than 50 miles in a day within the last 10 years, so this will be a real challenge for me- your support will help give me the encouragement I need! Thank you.
