Dipak Pankhania - Ride London 2023

My Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my RideLondon page.

Because I'm turning 50 next year and because I seriously need to get fit again, I've decided to do the RideLondon 100-mile bike ride.

I've Chosen Brentford FC Community Sports Trust this time, as my chosen charity, mainly because the community is close to my home and I've seen what the charity does to bring people together, using sports and helping those in need. They do this by working in partnership with Brentford FC to:

  • Offer a portfolio of programmes in education, employability, sports participation, health and community engagement
  • Using the power of sport to educate, motivate and inspire people from all backgrounds.

By working with people of all ages from 16 months to 65+. They have:

  • helped deliver 15,000+ community sessions 2021-2022
  • engaged with over 12,000+, people over the past year
  • delivered education and physical activity sessions in 170 primary and secondary schools
  • delivered training and qualifications in two local prisons for 20 young offenders
  • and supported over 500 adults and children with disabilities through my local community

I'm looking to raise £600 for the trust and welcome any donations you can provide, no matter how small or large.

Thanks for your donation
