My Story

Parkinson's is many faces. It is the hidden faces, and the faces next to you and me. 

Parkinson's is sleep problems, and fatigue, and depression, and anxiety, and pain, and slow movement. It is a challenging path, and those who are asked to endure it, are the most resilient, bravest, inspiring people. 

So we owe the research to them. We owe them any and every effort. Let this event help move the research forward and find the best ways to help those affected with Parkinson's! 

As part of the team led by Prof K Ray Chaudhuri at King's College Hospital London, I am grateful for all the research opportunities Parkinson's UK supported thus far and excited for all the new ones to come! 

Huge thanks to Sam and Tom (pictured) for all the prep rides, all the hills and all the motivation throughout our training! Looking forward to riding and celebrating with you!
